Surface coating operator — Idukki

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Idukki, State of Kerala. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens ₹14,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
