Blocklayer wanted in Samba

Immediate opening: we are hiring a blocklayer in Samba, State of Jammu and Kashmir. Day to day you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
