Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Baran, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideally you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
