Join our team: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Kra Daadi, State of Arunachal Pradesh. Day to day you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork We offer ₹19,000 per month plus benefits.
