Commis chef — Ahmadabad

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Ahmadabad, State of Gujarat. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
