Head butcher — Bilaspur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Bilaspur, State of Himachal Pradesh. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Full-time, day shift.
