Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banksman in Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. The job is at a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position 5+ years on the tools preferred.
