Kitchen steward — Purba Bardhaman

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 6+ years on the tools preferred.
