Machinist — Jalandhar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machinist in Jalandhar, State of Punjab. You will work on an export house sewing floor. The role involves keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. We are looking for quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams; can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently.
