Ideal candidate: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Your main tasks: • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
