Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Gariyaband, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 3+ years on the tools preferred.
