Banquet server — Firozpur

Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Firozpur, State of Punjab. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
