Ideally you have able to mix and colour-match paints accurately; sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers. On the job you will handle: • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
