Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Bankura, West Bengal. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun 1+ years on the tools preferred.
