Day-to-day duties: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₹32,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
