Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
