Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Karimnagar, State of Telangana. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
