Domestic gas engineer — Nagapattinam

Immediate opening: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Nagapattinam, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes We are looking for own hand tools and pipe wrenches; sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing; clean, methodical and safety-conscious. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹14,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
