Hydraulic press operator — Ramanathapuram

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Ramanathapuram, State of Tamil Nadu. You will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Rotating shifts.
