Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Nandurbar, State of Maharashtra. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Pay around ₹39,000 per project, based on your experience.
