Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Cuddalore, State of Tamil Nadu. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
