The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should bring food handler / hygiene certificate; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks.
