We are recruiting: we are hiring a beldar in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator What we are looking for: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
