Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Longding, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
