Commis chef — Nellore

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Nellore, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work at a fast-food outlet. We are looking for good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 1+ years on the tools preferred.
