Canteen cook • Rudraprayag, State of Uttarakhand

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Rudraprayag, State of Uttarakhand. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
