Scullery hand • Botad, State of Gujarat

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Botad, State of Gujarat. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred.
