Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Kandhamal

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Kandhamal, State of Odisha. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Pay around ₹39,000 per month, based on your experience.
