Immediate opening: building site helper (State of Odisha)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a building site helper in Bhadrak, State of Odisha. The role involves: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour Ideally you have site safety induction or labour card an advantage; physically fit and comfortable working at height; basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₹25,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
