Powder coating sprayer — Udham Singh Nagar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Udham Singh Nagar, State of Uttarakhand. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. You should bring keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
