Dough maker • Kishanganj, State of Bihar

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Kishanganj, State of Bihar. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideally you have accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to work early-morning and night shifts; basic cake decorating and piping skills. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₹1,450 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
