Coating plant operator • Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
