Great opportunity: butcher (State of Gujarat)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Gir Somnath, State of Gujarat. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. We are looking for food hygiene / HACCP certificate; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₹24,000 per month plus benefits.
