Thermal insulation technician • Ahmadabad, State of Gujarat

We are recruiting: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Ahmadabad, State of Gujarat. You will be based at a cold storage facility. You should bring able to read construction drawings and specifications; good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam; disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles. On the job you will handle: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
