Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete worker in Puri, State of Odisha. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You will give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
