PV installer — Thanjavur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PV installer in Thanjavur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based on a school or public building roof. Day-to-day duties: • Install PV modules and torque bolts to manufacturer spec • Mount racking rails and mounting brackets on roof trusses or ground-mount frames • Fit roof anchors, flashings and waterproof penetrations • Carry out continuity and insulation resistance tests on strings • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack Requirements: • Health and safety awareness (harness, fall arrest, ladder safety) • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter • Working at height / roof access training (e.g. IPAF, PASMA) Rotating shifts. ₹16,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
