Line cook — Warangal Rural

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Warangal Rural, State of Telangana. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
