Banksman — Kra Daadi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banksman in Kra Daadi, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is on a high-rise building site. You should bring proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear. The role involves: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Full-time with occasional weekends.
