Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Goalpara, Assam. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₹31,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
