Short order cook — Kalahandi

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Kalahandi, State of Odisha. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
