Bakery assistant — Aurangabad

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Aurangabad, State of Maharashtra. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
