Powder coating operator wanted in Uttar Kannada

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Uttar Kannada, State of Karnataka. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
