Bar bender and fixer • Hugli, West Bengal

Join our team: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Hugli, West Bengal. The job is at a high-rise construction project. Ideally you have valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves); own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level. Your main tasks: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover Full-time, day shift.
