Glass cutter • Sukma, State of Chhattisgarh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass cutter in Sukma, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work on a construction site. We are looking for physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift; able to cut glass accurately to size; aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves. Your main tasks: • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
