Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Betul

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a banquet hall. You should bring keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. ₹34,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
