Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a baker; basic cake decorating and piping skills. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Rotating shifts.
