Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in South Tripura, Tripura. You should bring 2+ years' experience as a baker; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
