Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
