Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
