Now hiring: lifting rigger (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Punch, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based on a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift We are looking for willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Pay around ₹140 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
